Former bank exec to lead Holman’s client relations and customer service efforts
Global automotive services company Holman announced it has brought former bank executive Aarthi Murali on board as executive vice president for service excellence.
The company said Murali will be responsible for leading its commercial client relations strategy and customer service efforts throughout North America, as well as overseeing its account management and client relations teams.
“Aarthi brings impressive business acumen and a wealth of customer experience expertise,” Holman president of fleet operations Bob White said. “Her innate ability to connect with our clients and understand their evolving needs will ensure that Holman delivers on our promise to provide an exceptional experience for all fleet stakeholders.”
Murali’s resume includes more than 20 years in the financial sector, most recently as M&T Bank’s first chief customer experience officer. She previously led large-scale human-centered transformation programs for JP Morgan Chase, where her roles included executive director of customer experience and head of client experience-commercial bank.
In addition to earning awards for customer experience leadership, Murali was named to American Banker’s list of Most Powerful Women in Banking in 2022 and 2023, and was included in CX Network’s top 50 CX influencers of 2024.
Holman said Murali is tasked with amplifying the voice of commercial clients to enhance the customer and employee experiences. She will be part of Holman’s executive leadership team.
“I’m excited to join a highly successful organization that places such a profound emphasis on both the customer and employee experience,” Murali said. “At Holman, we genuinely believe that our people are our greatest strength, and we understand the role our people play in driving a great customer experience.”
