SYCN introduces specialized relocation technology and services
SYCN Auto Logistics has announced its commitment to the relocation sector, introducing a series of specialized relocation services and technology that it said “aims to elevate transferee experience while addressing the evolving and specialized needs of relocation industry professionals.”
The company said its artificial intelligence technology and team of relocation experts can provide transparency for all parties at every step of the professional relocation process for transferees, provided by relocation management companies, van lines, independent movers and additional technology partners in the relocation sector.
“The relocation sector presents complex challenges that demand a thorough grasp of the mechanics and procedures involved in moving a transferee,” SYCN chief strategy officer Marco Maggiore said in a news relese. “We are confident that no other auto transport company in this sector matches our leadership experience in relocation, our comprehension of service standards and our combination of technology and relocation-driven specialty service offerings.”
The company said its technology allows relocation partners the capability to instantly obtain quotes for multiple auto transport service options, save the quotes and book orders, as well as provide transparency and tracking with real-time updates, electronic documentation, inspection pictures, customized reporting and analytics tools, and accounting functions.
The cloud-based technology can function independently or integrate with existing tech stacks, SYCN said, and can also be white-labeled.
SYCN is also offering specialized relocation services, including long- and short-term storage options, and executive services such as car washes, oil changes, EV charging, and key and tire replacements, as well as airport valet services and drive-away options designed to enhance the transferee experience.
The announcement comes a month after SYCN hired Karen Gerba to head its relocation division sales and partnerships.
