Carfluent introduces car-shopping assistant for non-English speakers
Carfluent, a provider of artificial intelligence-driven software to create bilingual vehicle listings for dealerships, has introduced a bilingual car-shopping assistant named Tory.
Tory is designed to enhance the shopping experience of Spanish-speaking customers, making it faster and more intuitive. The company said it simplifies vehicle discovery and acts as an entry point to Carfluent’s comprehensive pages to keep language from being a barrier to a customer finding the right vehicle.
Tory appears on the screen and engages users from the moment they arrive at the dealership’s website, Carfluent said. After a few clicks to specify their desired vehicle, they’re led to a “contextually accurate, localized bilingual page” to explore further.
“With Tory, a customer can go from click to car of interest in as little as four seconds,” Carfluent chief experience officer Justin Neiser said in a news release. “Tory pops up on the lower right of the screen as soon as the user arrives on the site, capturing them when they are most engaged, and enables them to answer a few quick questions to find the vehicle of their choice.”
Carfluent said Tory operates as a “dynamic instrument” on dealership web pages that eliminates language barriers and ensures that all customers, regardless of their language, can navigate vehicle information.
The tool is designed to enhance the customer experience by asking questions that take users through the inventory, enabling them to find their vehicle easily.
“Our goal is to create an inclusive car-shopping experience tailored to all customers’ needs, regardless of their preferred language.” Carfluent CEO Chance Mayfield said. “With Tory, we are breaking down barriers and empowering non-English-speaking customers to find their ideal match in our inventory while connecting dealers with a new customer base.”
