Go Auto expands presence in Canada’s Lower Mainland with purchase of Kia store
Go Auto ramped up its presence in Canada’s Lower Mainland with the purchase of a leading Kia dealership.
Go Auto acquired Kia West in Coquitlam, British Columbia, which according to a news release is the country’s No. 1 Kia dealer for retail sales.
This marks the dealer group’s 13th dealership in its network in the Lower Mainland, out of 63 stores spanning the entire country and the U.S.
Go Auto purchased the Kia dealership from Andrea Backman, Mark Ahnert and Daryl Endresen.
Phil Abram, president of Go Auto, said in the release, “We are excited to leverage the achievements of Kia West and simultaneously broaden the presence of the Go Auto brand in British Columbia.
“I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Kia West and its leadership for their outstanding work in establishing and maintaining the legacy of Kia West. Their dedication to excellence has laid a strong foundation, and we are honored to build upon the success they have achieved,” he said.
